• Waitlist details – your email address and any optional details you share: your roles (parent/guardian, teacher/school staff, school leader, or municipality/school operator), the age ranges of your children or students, and any message you write. Please do not include children’s names or other identifying details.

• Technical data – basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to operate and secure the site.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To add you to the waitlist and keep you updated about Nuro, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To reply to your enquiries, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
• To keep the site secure and working, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the service.

Sharing

We use a small number of trusted service providers (for example, email delivery and website hosting) who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and contact data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or until you ask us to remove it.

Children’s data

This website is intended for adults (parents, guardians, and school staff). It does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. How Nuro’s product handles student data is described separately in the agreements with the schools and families that use it.
